For Sonitrol Communications of Hartford Connecticut, I ported an existing Microsoft Access based application used by their sales department. This application allows them to project monthly profits and track installations into a web based application using a MySQL database back end. Here is a shot of the main "flip screen" for this app: 
I also implemented the ability for the data to be viewed in report format and printed (with a SINGLE click) on legal sized paper in landscape format using an ActiveX component called ScriptX:
